What is leichtbau?
leichtbau: Consulting studio for strategic performance development.
Our promise
- Hear earlier what is changing.
- Know what pays off.
- Show what makes the difference.
- Automate what is still done by hand.
Our standard
Impact, not paper tigers.
- 01Connect the knowledge that is already there.
- 02Set the direction.
- 03Deliver the implementation too.
- 04Prove the added value with figures.
The vision
Most companies have more than they show, and carry more than serves them. leichtbau exists to change both.
leichtbau aims to become the benchmark for how companies in Germany get more impact out of what they already have.

The team
A founder and his digital team.
It starts with automation and scalability: agents take over what repeats, so that one founder works like a whole team. In the medium term, people and agents will work side by side at leichtbau.
The digital team members
- Reverse engineering takes apart how something is built
- Agents in the team keep working in the background
- Custom assistants answer from your documents
- Apps like the ZIFFER app, calculated locally
- Automation connects workflows
- Knowledge management keeps track of what the project knows
- Image and motion designs visuals and films
